Why should I go to the residency? Why is the residency important?
The residency is a required component of the Master of Arts in Music Education program. The residential experience brings faculty, learners, and staff together in a collegial, stimulating, and motivating atmosphere, in which application of learning from the course room and socialization into the tracks is optimized. At the residency you will meet other learners, faculty, and Adams State staff who will provide academic guidance that ensures a dynamic learning experience that is personally meaningful to each learner.
